I am happy to report they I was in the market for a new Grand Cherokee. I came to Branhaven over a more local dealer based on the reviews I had read. I am happy to report they not only lived up to the expectations set by those reviews, but exceeded them. I was initially contacted by Jennifer, who was very accommodating in setting me up with an appointment that worked for me. When I arrived I was set up with Michael Polvere. I gave Michael a run-down of what I was looking for and he did a tremendous job of helping me find what I was looking for. At no point did he deviate and try to sell me anything else; he was as far from pushy as it gets After finding something in the lot for me we went out on a test drive. Michael did a great job going over all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Once we returned to the dealership he asked if he could draw up a quote for me and I agreed. He worked quickly and not only quoted me a great price, but also was able to help me take advantage of several incentives I didn't know about by asking the right questions. I returned a week later and Michael had everything set up for me and all that was left to do was finalize all of the financial business. This is where I worked with Nathan. Nathan was very organized, polite, and efficient. He had everything prepared and never left me any doubt in my mind with any of the documents I signed. I would highly recommend Branhaven to anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge. It was absolutely effortless. 10/10. More
