I came to BranHaven Service department many years ago after buying a true used car lemon from another dealership~2011. Sam and Chad have worked with me over the years on several issues from small to large and every single time they exceed my expectations. The garage itself should be a model for the rest of the state, both in customer service and actual mechanic work. They have families and they know that children, my children, are going to be in my car, and they care about that. They don't let the vehicle leave the garage until they are 100% sure the issue is understood and resolved. They also don't let me "think" or lead me to believe that I need something that I don't. They don't try to up sell me. If BranHaven's Service Center was a brand--they would be Levi's--tried and tested, with good value, & recognition to the middle class. Thank you BranHaven. He even gave me an estimated delivery date that I would receive the part, and the part was delivered on that day as promised. I appreciate Dave taking the time to make a courtesy call, even though the part was still going to be delivered A FULL WEEK before the estimated date from store.mopar.com. It really says something about the quality of customer service at Branhaven! While I have never done business before with Branhaven, and I haven't traveled through that part of Connecticut in nearly fifteen years, I certainly will keep them in mind in the future for OEM parts...
