In the past three years I have purchased three jeeps through Branhaven - one new and two pre-owned - and been extremely satisfied in all regards - pricing, customer service and professionalism. In addition regular maintenance visits, like oil-changes, I have also purchased tires and had other service done there and found their pricing to be very competitive. Had a problem with my 2010 Dodge Dakota I called Lisa P and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. Lisa then told Dolly about my problem the vehicle was taken right into service and a sho and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. We are HUGE fans of Branhaven and have been for over 15 years. We have purchased 5 vehicles in that time and always use their service Dept (Oil changes and general service). I was able to get a brand new Jeep Wrangler X well below the dealer's invoice price. All of the people involved in this sale and transaction were very genuine and pleasant. I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil l department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil leaks that spring up the day after leaving the service department. They overfilled the oil after an oil change and also replaced the differential oil with the transmission oil. Which in turn ruined the four wheel drive system. All in all the sales dept. is good but the service leaves something to be desired. I have since started using a private mechanic. More
