I decided to check out the dealership after I built the RAM truck that I was looking for online. I walked in and was buried in my car; I owed more than it was actually worth. Brought my leased vehicle back at least 5 times for shuddering and vibration. Not resolved and couldn't be bothered to help. Treated like crap by the owner John Lavalle and not listened to by the service dept who can not think on their own feet!
