i recently purchased a 2011 dodge ram in november 0f 2011 in which i received excellent service in regards to the purchase. In March of 2012 I had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired the tire had to be re in which i received excellent service in regards to the purchase. In March of 2012 I had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired the tire had to be replaced while at the service department the service advisor noticed that there was a problem with my ignition and scheduled me for another appointment . The entire process was hassel free I received a free loaner car and was keep updated on the satus of my vechile on a regular basis while the techs worked on my problem. With the price of gas raising on a dailey basis and receiving a promotion at work that was going to require me to travel I decided to look at a more fuel efficent car. Branhaven was having a sales event on the weekend of the 25th I decided to stop in and look around. While there I spoke with my original salesman Angelo who took the time to review my options with trading my truck in and getting a new car. We test drove a 2012 Chrysler 200 and he was very specific on all the car options and features, when returing to the dealership he showed me a 2011 Chrysler200 left over after I told him I didn't like the color of the 2012. We then test drove that car because it had a different engine and more "goodies" I fell in love and agreed to purchase. Again the entire process was hassel free and I was treated great from everyone at the dealership and would recommend them to friends and or family. More

After being a loyal Chrysler customer since 1995, I had some issues with my 2008 Dodge Caraven. MANY ISSUES. My first contact was with Jonathan Minichino. Jonathan was very pleasant to deal with and very personable. We discussed my situation in great detail and he worked very hard at coming up with the best solution for my vehicle purchase. He got me the vehicle, financing, and service that I needed to regain my loyalty to the Chrysler brand. I think I was most impressed when I received a personal post card from him today in the mail. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never gotten contacted by the dealer unless it was to get you back in for maintanence or to purchase a new vehicle. It was because of his dedication to his clients and going the extra mile that I will remain a loyal customer of not only Chrysler but Jonathan himself. More

Went into to the dealership on August 18th 2011 to trade in my jeep and look at a dodge charger. They went to take me for a test drive and there was blood splatter all of the ceiling of the car which my hea in my jeep and look at a dodge charger.
