When I first came to Branhaven to test drive a vehicle that I saw online, I was skeptical of car dealerships. I had two previous bad experiences with car salesmen giving me the run around which left me w that I saw online, I was skeptical of car dealerships. I no longer have a bad taste in my mouth. Branhaven changed that. I should have went to Branhaven in the first place, but for whatever reason, I did not. Lesson learned. They worked within my price range, were honest and up front and returned my calls as promised, they were prompt and courteous. Eventhough I bought a used car I was treated as though I bought a new car. More

I was leary of car dealerships due to bad past experiences, too pushy, too aggressive, rude, just plain liars. When I came upon BranHaven on the internet I was pleasantly surprised by the super friendly, courteous and very professional attitude from Jamie Nolan and it was due to her competance to answer all my questions that I decided to take a trip to Branford from Farmington. I was greeted by a beautiful young woman at the door and thats where I met Laura Schmitt my personal saleswoman, she spent 5 hours with me test driving different vehicles and covering all bases on getting me the best deal possible. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off due to the fact that I took my sweet time deciding on the vehicle that was right for me. I do believe Laura would have spent even more time with me to build a car had I not really liked one that was on the lot. Duncan Brodie was also very instrumental as well as Howard Odom to get every little detail taken care of while I went out for some lunch, everything was handled in the most professional way I had ever seen from a car dealership, they went out of their way for me and that is priceless. What a great experience. My husband and I were in the market to upgrade his 08 jeep liberty.
