Purchasing a "new" car was difficult for me; after 14 years, I found it difficult to part with my 1998 Dodge Caravan Sport, which was such a great vehicle. It took me a long time to decide what my next vehicle would be, and I'm so glad that I stuck with Dodge. I love my 2010 Dodge Journey! I've owned it for a month now, and it's fantastic. Very comfortable and easy to drive. I especially like all of the storage compartments. Thank you, Branhaven, for making my experience so enjoyable! More
I found Branhaven through auto trader. Being a first time buyer I've done tons and tons of reasearch both online and verbally with friends. After combing through all the results of what I was looking for I stumbled onto Branhaven. I figured since I was relocating they were an excellent choice for me to go looking for first car. I'm glad I was right! I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism as soon as I walked in. I've been to places where you're "ascended upon" I did not in any way feel intimidated. It's scary and exciting getting your first car. So I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. But not here! I was greeted kindly and humbly as i walked in. That helped me feel like I made the right choice Angelo, who I had the pleasure of working with is an excellent consultant and salesman. I didn't feel pressured, scared or nervous. After a nice introduction and greeting we got to know each other a bit. I told him I was looking a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was very interested in. After he confirmed that way I was looking for and wanted was available he got the keys and we walked the lot. On the way to the car he was very informative on the total run down on the Cherokee before we even got in. His knowledge base on the vehicle was impressive. I sat in and we got ready for the test drive all the while giving me more and more info on the car. Everything from the heated seats, moon roof, transmission and everything else. I was sold! They take excellent care of their inventory and should be well commended. After everything was said and done I was a happy drive in my way back home. I will definitely look forward to doing business with Angeli and the Guys at Brahaven in the near future. Thanks Branhaven! More
The staff at the dealership was very friendly. We got a good deal on a brand new jeep compass and we didn't feel overwhelmed. The staff was respectful and explained everything that they were doing. So I would venture to say that, they took a very earnest and hard working approach to meeting my specific vehicle needs. The dealer atmosphere was consistently friendly; and, the post sales follow up contacts, have continued to be so as well. I would have to objectively state that in all of the experiences I have had, whether it was a lease, (this vehicle was leased), or, in any purchase experience, that my experience at Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge, has to be ranked right up at the top. As far as price was concerned, because they, Branhaven, accepted and purchased my current lease, (I turned in my Subaru off lease), as part of the new lease of the Jeep Arctic edition), this purchase, between the manufacturer's rebates and dealer discount, became a very financially favorable one for me. Easily the best car buying expierence ive had. My salesman Jonathan was friendly and straight forward. No games were played at all. i recently purchased a 2011 dodge ram in november 0f 2011 in which i received excellent service in regards to the purchase. In March of 2012 I had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired the tire had to be re in which i received excellent service in regards to the purchase. In March of 2012 I had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired the tire had to be replaced while at the service department the service advisor noticed that there was a problem with my ignition and scheduled me for another appointment . The entire process was hassel free I received a free loaner car and was keep updated on the satus of my vechile on a regular basis while the techs worked on my problem. With the price of gas raising on a dailey basis and receiving a promotion at work that was going to require me to travel I decided to look at a more fuel efficent car. Branhaven was having a sales event on the weekend of the 25th I decided to stop in and look around. While there I spoke with my original salesman Angelo who took the time to review my options with trading my truck in and getting a new car. We test drove a 2012 Chrysler 200 and he was very specific on all the car options and features, when returing to the dealership he showed me a 2011 Chrysler200 left over after I told him I didn't like the color of the 2012. We then test drove that car because it had a different engine and more "goodies" I fell in love and agreed to purchase. Again the entire process was hassel free and I was treated great from everyone at the dealership and would recommend them to friends and or family. More
