Let me say that we have bought several cars over the years. This is the first dealership that was so down to earth and explained things and wasn't just out to make a sale. I live in the Boston area and had to take a bus down to New Heaven so I could pick up my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in the winter Chill color. When I got off the bus Bill was right there waiting for me New Heaven so I could pick up my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in the winter Chill color. When I got off the bus Bill was right there waiting for me and brought me back to the dealership. We spend a few hours going over every detail of my new Jeep and off I went. EXCELLENT service. Purchased a vehicle and felt like I got a great vehicle for price. Was very excited and didn't notice they didn't put gas in truck when I drove off. Also, despite signed paperwork stating they activated sa for price. Was very excited and didn't notice they didn't put gas in truck when I drove off. Also, despite signed paperwork stating they activated satellite radio they did not. Today is day 26 and vehicle already had to go in for service. It's been 5 days and part is still not in. These are the reasons I would not recommend. Other things that did NOT bother me but feel I need to mention is child did walk into room while signing paperwork and sale got pushed back due to all sales they had going on. Again those issues didn't bother me but felt it may bother others so I mentioned it. I did think salesman was great, but should had checked radio and gas before having me come to finalize everything. I understand things go wrong but feel its been long enough waiting for part. It is my 3rd GM vehicle and still trust in their vehicles to purchase another More
