I was in the market for a new 2012 Grand Cherokee Altitude, and after viewing Branhaven's inventory online, stopped in to look at some vehicles and take a test drive. Angelo is very knowledgable about his product base and provided a full walk-through of features during our test drive. After some discussions with Angelo and Duncan, we came to a very agreeable deal on the truck and I took delivery a week later. Brandon was great at walking us through the paperwork and helping us choose a good warranty package, and Richie gave us the final walk-through and handed over the keys, as Angelo was on vacation the day I took delivery. My experience at Branhaven was fantastic and I would recommend it to family and friends given the opportunity. More

i brought my new grand cherokee in for some trim install and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the pass and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the passenger side of the windsheild.they brought the vehicle in to the detailing dept and tried to remove the the haze but everything they tried did not work so cheryl notified the warranty company and a new replacement windsheild was ordered.today the winsheild was installed on the vehicle.the install went very well hardley any mess on or in the vehicle.its nice to see clearly again. thanks to all who made it happen.my next project is to get chrome wheels then my vehicle will realy look sharp. He answered all my vehicle questions with non-sales type answers. I thought that was how a salesman should be. Think about the customers needs first! Then I told Mike and Angelo what type of deal I could do and they both stepped up to the plate along with Duncan and made the deal possible! The rest of the staff that I encountered while I was there was great from the service department to the recieptionist to the rest of the sales staff!!! Overall I felt very comfortable with the total transaction we had including my 2 vehicle trade-ins! And to top it off, my girlfriend traded her 2008 Ram 1500 Big Horn in for a lease on a 2012 Ram 1500.. Hands down this dealership is a 5-star dealer and so are all the people working there!
