Regular service always goes smoothly and is done in a reasonable time as I wait in the waiting area. For this visit I have a issue needed repair. Angelo is very knowledgable about his product base and provided a full walk-through of features during our test drive. After some discussions with Angelo and Duncan, we came to a very agreeable deal on the truck and I took delivery a week later. Brandon was great at walking us through the paperwork and helping us choose a good warranty package, and Richie gave us the final walk-through and handed over the keys, as Angelo was on vacation the day I took delivery. i brought my new grand cherokee in for some trim install and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the pass and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the passenger side of the windsheild.they brought the vehicle in to the detailing dept and tried to remove the the haze but everything they tried did not work so cheryl notified the warranty company and a new replacement windsheild was ordered.today the winsheild was installed on the vehicle.the install went very well hardley any mess on or in the vehicle.its nice to see clearly again. thanks to all who made it happen.my next project is to get chrome wheels then my vehicle will realy look sharp.
