I stopped on my way back from work one day to look at possibly getting a Ram. I was met outside after a short time by Bill Larson. After shooting the breeze and answering every question I asked patiently (I asked about 3,215 questions), I was confident I wanted to buy a new Ram from Branhaven. I returned 6 months later on 7/30/2012 with money saved up and a more serious idea of what I wanted. Who met me out by the trucks but Bill. Bill left a lasting impression from 6 months earlier because he didn't act like a salesman, it was almost like I was dealing with a close friend I'd known for years. This opinion did not change throughout the process. From the first conversation to when he handed me the keys to my BEAUTIFUL new Ram, Bill acted like a big brother watching over me the whole time, working very hard to see that I not only got the best deal but also that me and my father enjoyed our time at Branhaven offering coffee, chips, soda, and whatever else they had. I was then referred to sales manager Mike Ramcke who kept up the positive opinion of the experience by trying to find every incentive and shortcut he could to ensure I was offered the best financial deal. Finally I was referred to Brandon Campbell who offered some warranty deals. But after this I was met by Bill Larson again who had meanwhile had my new Ram detailed and prepared and was ready to patiently show me every little feature on my new truck. Bill treated me and my father with respect and hospitality and left a real feeling of satisfaction for the whole experience of buying my first-ever new truck. He is the reason I will recommend Branhaven Chrysler to ALL of my friends and work associates. Branhaven Chrysler is extremely lucky and should be grateful that they have people like Bill working for them. More

I just bought my 2012 Dodge Journey from Branhaven Dodge last night and Angelo was a great salesman very personable and fun to spend time with while waiting for paperwork and such at the dealership and know last night and Angelo was a great salesman very personable and fun to spend time with while waiting for paperwork and such at the dealership and knows everything about the car itself. His level of knowledge while demonstrating the cars features was just amazing. Angelo's personable nature, quips and anecdotes quickly put you at ease in what is in actuality a stressful situation due to the enormity of the decision you are being faced with when making a purchase of this level. Brandon in Finance worked with us to get our monthly payment down to where we wanted it and was able to get the paperwork filled out quickly and with as little hassle as possible which was much appreciated as I had my two young children with me at the time. Overall my experience at Branhaven was positive and with all probability in 6 years when I am ready for my next new car they will be my first and hopefully last stop in my search. More

My sales consultant, Bill Larson, made this a very pleasurable experience for me, being a nervous first time buyer. He was very knowledgable and addressed all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. Bill was extremely personable and expressed himself in a very professional manner. He made the whole process, from start to finish, go as smoothly as possible, and helped me to get a great deal on my Jeep. I had an exceptional experience at Branhaven Motors. I had been to several other dealers around the Hartford area since it is closer to my house but I felt I was not getting the best deal so I decided to had been to several other dealers around the Hartford area since it is closer to my house but I felt I was not getting the best deal so I decided to take a trip to Branhaven because I had heard great things about them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was not the case at some other dealers and ended up talking with Bill Larson. Bill was very personable and took the time to understand what I was looking for and the price range that worked for me. Without even mentioning the offers I received at other dealers, he was able to offer me the same vehicle I had been looking for at $3k less than the Hartford area dealers. He also had asked a long list of questions that would result in potential customer discounts (including one that was never asked by any other dealer and ended up being a significant discount for me). At that point, I knew I could trust Bill and the rest of the Branhaven team. Since I received such a great price, I began asking about some options that I wanted originally but knew I couldn't afford at the area Hartford dealers at the higher price. Ultimately, Bill gave me a list of vehicle options detailing financing vs. leasing since I was interested in both and left me to make the decision with no pressure. Meanwhile, I received several calls from the other dealers asking for an answer if I was going to accept their deals. Since I knew I could trust Bill and feeling absolutely no pressure, I made the easy decision and went with Branhaven's offer. The only better decision I could have made along the way was going to Branhaven first and not wasting my time at the other dealers who didn't have my best interest in mind. My experience was very good with Branhaven Motors in Branford. Our sales person was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, etc. Everyone else was very helpful at the dealership as well. My Over all Customer/Dealership experience was Top Notch. (Tens all the way guys. GREAT!!! job...) All these guys were great to work with. Any obstacles that got in the way of the negotiating process were easily over come. It's not every day that you come across a Car Dealership that you can say good things about. Most are so consumed with the sale that they forget about the customer experience. They compliment each other well and speak highly of each other and their commitment to the dealership they represent. You can tell they love their job & I believe they love the company they work for. Again, hard to find. I first need to say that I am not an easy sell. I am arrogant, obstinate, & I want everything for free and I want it now. Having said that I am not an easy guy to sell a vehicle to. It starts with the sales person. I can't say enough good about Mike Marasco why? First, he just instinctively knows how to talk to people. (especially folks with my disposition) At every turn he was able to come up with solutions not excuses. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He is very technical when it comes to comparing other vehicles apples to apples. It's hard to find honesty in this competitive arena. Most would just yes you to death. If Mike didn't know about something he was quick to find the answers. It was totally Mike Marasco when it came down to signing the deal. He truly made it happen. Thanks again Mike. I worked Mike to the bone yet he still persisted and won the deal. He didn't do that alone because he does have a great support team. When he engaged both Mike Ramcke & Duncan Brodie That's when the rubber met the road. They all rallied together to start pulling rabbits out of their proverbial hats at this point. Again, I can't say enough good about these guys. They all made sure if there was a penny that they could find to take from the deal to save me money they did. When I did my home work and started talking to other dealerships they all were right there on top with their "A" game. There was no way they were going to let me slip away from their talons. At the very end when I was ready to say go, I absolutely, positively, with no question feel I made the very best educated decision with my purchase. I love my new truck and I feel I did get the best deal on the best vehicle and the best Dealership. I tip my hat to you all and look forward to a long lasting customer/dealer experience.
