As soon as I stepped into this dealership I knew I would be buying a car here. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and not at all overbearing or aggressive with the sales pitch. Prior to finding Branhaven I had been dealing with another dealership in Branford that didn't even come remotely close to the excellent quality of customer service that I received at Branhaven. Bill Larson worked with me crunching numbers and answering all of my questions about the 2012 Jeep Wangler Unlimited that I was interested in. I never felt "pressured" at anytime to commit to the Jeep. I felt that he really wanted me to enjoy the car and the whole car buying experience. I went into the dealership in the late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, and even with trying to close early for the holiday, they made it a priority to make sure sure that I could leave with the car that night. Even as the clock was ticking and the banks closing early for the holiday. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Branhaven and will be sure to let my family and friends know that Branhaven is the place to go for a new or used car! Bill Larson (sales person) was very informative with regards to the Jeep Grand Cherokee product and features. He did not pressure me into the sale, however, he made me feel that he was there to help me regards to the Jeep Grand Cherokee product and features. My Wife and I were conducting a rather exhaustive search for a new vehicle to replace our very dependable 2005 Honda Odyssey minivan when we "happened by" Branhaven. We were out visiting other dealers in the area and had just eaten lunch at Eli's On The Hill with our two young girls. I actually drove right past Branhaven and even had to pull a U-Turn to go back. I figured that we could visit them to perhaps get another quick competitive price as Jeep (Grand Cherokee) was on our short list of vehicles and I had already visited 3 different Jeep dealers (including the one in our hometown). I had been a fan of Jeep ever since we owned a 1997 Grand Cherokee and often recalled of how reliable it had been. This is where we met our Salesman Ralph and the Sales Manager Mike. Though Ralph was relatively new to this particular dealership, he was very knowledgable and had sold other competing brands for several years. Mike and his sales team were there to answer our every question and they were eager to win our business. We were not even planning on purchasing a vehicle that day, we were under no pressure and in no great hurry. We had been searching far and wide for an economical and sensible solution and also the right team to remove all of the roadblocks to purchase the correct vehicle for our family. After much discussion (and two separate test drives), we found just that at Branhaven. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied. In the end, we received a more than fair trade in allowance on our old minivan and a fair & square finance deal on a loaded new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mike and his team at Branhaven are top shelf and I would recommend anyone to include them in their search plan for a new vehicle. More
