The service department at Branhaven is absolutely fantastic....believe me, after several recent negative experiences with other CT Chrysler dealers (I'm looking at you, Greenwich), I was ready to giv fantastic....believe me, after several recent negative experiences with other CT Chrysler dealers (I'm looking at you, Greenwich), I was ready to give up on Chrysler as a brand altogether....and that would have been sad, since my last 3 cars have been 3 PT Cruisers.... But a simple visit to Branhaven Service department changed my mind completely....My PT Cruiser just turned 100,000, an I needed a PowerTrain inspection to keep my warranty going...not only the folks at Branhaven were incredibly accommodating when I scheduled and re-scheduled my visit multiple times for work issues, they also showed up early (before 8:00 AM!!!) so that I could make it in time to my office.... They completed the job quickly and for free, offered a complimentary vehicle inspection and found 2 small issues that they were able to correct on the fly and for a very reasonable price...after my previous experience with another dealer, I had to pinch myself...Joe Platt was simply great! Finally, they were able to refer me to their associated Auto Body Shop, where Frank was able to give me a quick and reasonable quote for some body work that I had delayed for years... ....and with all this, I was at my desk by 9:30 AM...unbelievable. More

They lied to me and told me the car had one owner and was certified pre owned and CARFAX certified one owner when i looked into it i found that the car had two owners .When I asked my salesman Angelo Capodif certified pre owned and CARFAX certified one owner when i looked into it i found that the car had two owners .When I asked my salesman Angelo Capodiferro about it he denied it and started to feed me lies for about a few minutes till he gave up and tried to change the subject . When we could not come to an agreement on that car because the price was to high he then tried to sell me an even more expensive car that he knew was clearly over my budget . By the end of the ordeal he started to get an attitude and even mentioned that im taking money out of his pocket and started making rude comments . I agree that I was being difficult on price but he started to get personal. As i was leaving he made a very out of line comment that i felt was his way of directing his frustrations out on me . His comment was " Don't crash your car on your way home you " or something to that effect. They made my car buying experience was less than enjoyable and turned me off from going to a dealership all together . STAY AWAY FROM BRANHAVEN AND ESPECIALLY THE SALESMAN I DEALT WITH !!! More

I found him to be honest and genuine and although new, he went out fo his way to make it comforatable and find answers when I needed them. He returned emails promptly and sometimes after hours. He made the process easy and quick. The no pressure firendly atmosphere that comes from Rob at the top is felt throuhout the dealership. After speaking to Jamie on the phone I was kindly invited back after submitting a request for a price quote online. I had first entered Branhaven motors back in 2008 for my Jeep Liberty Sport and was helped back after submitting a request for a price quote online. I had first entered Branhaven motors back in 2008 for my Jeep Liberty Sport and was helped politely and professionally at the time by Duncan who was a sales consultant at the time, now four years later he has assumed the role of sales manager and along with one of his sales consultants Jonathan made be feel like part of a family. As a loyal returning customer Duncan pointed me to Jonathan and said "your in good hands" as the sale progressed and he patiently answered my concerns and questions about the 2012 Jeep Compass latitude (which I inevitably bought) with a level of professionalism and friendliness that is so rare in dealers. Originally offering me a great lease deal on it because of my driving habits and low milage tradein they were going to pay me for my current Liberty and lower my payments significantly. When arriving the next day for the pickup of my Rescue Green Compass an unforeseen issue arose that voided the preexisting lease offer. Understandably disappointed at this point I was convinced I was to walk out compassless, however Business Manager Brandon worked for about 3 hours pulling apps and calling banks along with working to resolve my discrepancy ultimately he was so adamant about finding a working rate he came within 13 dollars of my current payment and I jumped on it. Although a longer day than anticipated I was never pressured, uncomfortable or taken for a ride. The men and women at Branhaven Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge are stand up individuals and appreciate your business, I will absolutely be returning there for more than just my scheduled maintenance. More
