Inquired about a truck through the Internet on Friday night. Got a response email and a phone call from Justin the next day at 9 am. He answered all of my questions. Customer service called a while later to see if I had any other questions. Drove up from Stratford to take a look at some trucks. Jonathon greeted us right as we walked in. He was very pleasant. He showed us the trucks that we were interested in that met our criteria. We took a few of them for a test drive and had as much time to think over our decision with no hassle/no pressure.
