After "car shopping" for weeks, we went to Branhaven. I had gone online and saw a car that interested us. We went with the intention of just looking around. When we met Jonathan we were so impressed with his knowledge of the car, willingness to work within our budget, and especially his no pressure customer service. We have dealt in the past with that type and went into Branhaven expecting much of the same. Did not happen with Jonathan. He was so helpful and friendly and we went away with the feeling that we weren't just another sale. He was interested in our needs and worked to get us the best deal. I've purchased cars in the past and when I've left the dealership I questioned my decision. When we left that day I was so excited and happy about our choice. The next day we went to pick up the car and he was just as wonderful. It wasn't an OK I got the sale...see you later! He was genuinely happy for us. He turned us over to Brandon Campbell for the paperwork and again it was not a bum's rush to get through it. Brandon was great too. When it came time to get in our new car Jonathan walked us out and even took a picture of us with the car.
