My family and I had a very good experience at Branhaven. Joe Platt, Chaz, and the rest of the service team have been really remarkable. I bought this used car through CarMax and that was a mistake. The vehicle has had alot of issues and if I had to guess, it ha been really remarkable. I bought this used car through CarMax and that was a mistake. The vehicle has had alot of issues and if I had to guess, it has been taken back for warranty service on 15 different occasions. The issues run the gamut--but suffice it to say I'm extremely happy we purchased the aftermarket warranty/service package. Joe is one xxxx of a nice guy. He is very clear and concise in his communications. He lets a person process the information because he is so succinct and then asks if there are any questions--and then he refers back to what he originally stated. He is one of these "problem solver" types of people where he wraps his head around an issue and takes personal responsibility for the car and it's passengers--in this case--my wife, and two children. I am currently in a 2011 leased jeep patriot from another dealer in Connecticut, (not the Chrysler under extended warranty) and I intend to return to Branhaven to buy my new car--very soon. All because of the integrity and humanity I was shown by Joe Platt and Branhaven. Thanks guys. More
Purchased a 2012 town & country. The navigation was installed two weeks after purchase, unfortunately it was the wrong unit. After bringing the issue to the attention of the staff and some discussion in regards to the issue, I was truly happy when Duncan stepped up and said he would get the correct one ordered and installed. They were all very apologetic over the issue and even went so far as to pay for an additional option I was thinking about to make up for the issue. Everyone there truly worked hard to make this right and to make sure that everything was right. Extremely happy with the dealership and with the whole experience. Will be buying my next vehicle from them again. Thanks to everyone involved in this deal More
The Jeep Wrangler wouldn't start during this cold spell. Got it to Branhaven who checked it out and replaced it. Everyone I dealt with there was helpful, courteous, and efficient. I just purchased our pacifica 2007 and it needed to be checked out since the engine lite went on...called first an talked with Joe Platt...what a pleasure he was so informing and attentive to my questions checked out since the engine lite went on...called first an talked with Joe Platt...what a pleasure he was so informing and attentive to my questions..we had the car in the next day and the service was top notch...i will continue to use Joe Platt for all my needs...I did stop at the the madison chrysler first...they were the worst to talk too and deal with..so glad I called branhaven and found Joe and all the associates there...I will tell everyone about this dealership.
