He wasn't the pushy sales guy, he asked what I was looking for, listened to me, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, and just did his best to make sure my every need was met - he even pointed out some things that I DIDN'T need, to save me some money and explained why. I drove into the lot that day by myself, Bill actually followed me to drop my old car at home, and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my new car - That's service!
