I had a wonderful car shopping experience with Branhaven Motors and Jonathan Minichino. John was very pleasant and professional. He was honest with me from the moment I walked through the door and I felt that he truly wanted to get me into the car that I loved for the price that I could afford. He worked very hard to accomplish that. We was patient and determined to make sure that I was happy with the car that I chose. Branhaven happily accomodated my two young children which was a huge bonus and the congratulations sign to the Swan family greeting me in the lobby when I picked up my new car was a very special and thoughtful touch. My husband and I both lease and love jeep vehicles and because Jonathan has put the "fun" back into car shopping for us, we will continue to be customers of Branhaven. This is our 3rd Dodge Ram we have purchased but the first from Branhaven. The purchase process was seamless and Bill was very knowledgeable of the trucks features. My wife and I left the dealer with a smile on our face and thought not only did we get a great truck but we made a new friend. We purchased a Dodge Ram at this dealer 2 months ago and had such a wonderful experience we returned last night and purchased a Town and Country Van. I went to shop for a car. I was pressured into putting a $500 payment to "hold" the Jeep on a Saturday. On Monday morning, I called to say I could not buy at that time because I found out what it was going $500 payment to "hold" the Jeep on a Saturday. On Monday morning, I called to say I could not buy at that time because I found out what it was going to cost to remediate mold I had in my house. The person I talked to, Jonathan, said they would put the money back in my account and no problem since less than 24 hours of business had passed. Branhaven then refused to put the payment back into my account. This is poor way to do business and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. More

My family and I had a very good experience at Branhaven. I first visited the dealership and spoke with Laura Schmidt in August of 2012 thinking about a new vehicle yet turned out we fixed our current dodge I first visited the dealership and spoke with Laura Schmidt in August of 2012 thinking about a new vehicle yet turned out we fixed our current dodge at the time.
