We bought a vehicle for my wife in May of 2012 from Branhaven, and the experience was very satisfying. As a result we went back to buy another vehicle just a few days ago and, although we didn't deal with the same salesperson (he retired), we dealt with Laura Schmitt. She treated us like family and there was no pressure to buy right now. We did shop around and Branhaven was able to match and actually beat the price of other dealerships in our area. Just yesterday she followed up the sale with a call to our house to make sure everything was going well with the new car. Those are the things that make a difference. Branhaven should be teaching other dealerships how to sell cars. More

Buyer beware! "No Refund of Deposit" is their policy and it is strictly enforced. It is written on their purchase order, however they conveniently skip over that part when you sign the document. policy and it is strictly enforced. I gave them a $1,000 cash deposit, decided not to move forward with the purchase, and I have never been refunded. I was also never given a receipt. I had to go to the dealership and argue for that too. I have notified the CT Attorney General of their practices. I will leave you with 2 quotes that sum up my experience: Brandon Campbell: "what part of non-refundable deposit don't you understand?" John Sullo: "Hey, I got your money, and I'm not giving it back" These guys really know how to anger their customers! I realize that the contract says no refund, but any reputable dealership will return your deposit. I feel like I've been robbed! So instead of loosing one sale, I will post this review and hope they miss out on many sales in the future. More
