I had been waiting for the Dodge Dart G/T to be released to order. Unfortunately, the transmission on my 2002 Neon started to give me problems. I contacted Vanessa, told her of my situation and she recommen to order. Unfortunately, the transmission on my 2002 Neon started to give me problems. The experience i had with the personnel there was awesome. Not only did Jonathan put me in a car set up as close as possible as the G/T would have been but Brandon got me the best financing payments possible and i drove the car home on Monday, plates and all. We were greeted friendly and promptly as soon as we arrived... Mark was very straight forward and was more honest about his opinion than most salesmen are. They also worked with us to complete the deal as promptly as possible as our rental was coming due. This included taking the insurance check and giving us the balance we didn't wish to use on the new car. Mark then took my son for a ride in a Dart and provided him with information even though he knew he wasn't buying now, but because of this he would be our choice when the time comes. 600miles in 3 days and 29mpg we are definately more than satisfied with our purchase. I just wanted to share my experience with others interested in buying a new car. I was very interested in purchasing a dodge charger and with all the different styles available I knew the look that interested in buying a new car. I also started shopping around about a year before purchasing. In visiting many different dealerships I was treated a wide variety of ways and had many cars shoved at me but I felt nobody was listening to what I wanted...that is untill i went to Branhaven . They were the only dealership where I did not feel hassled at any time...was totally comfortable stopping in on various occasions to see and sit in several different dodge chargers. I met Laura Schmitt on my first visit there and continued to see her on each occasion. She paid attention to my likes and dislikes and around Easter time called and said she had a charger with a new trim package on the lot and it might be just what I was looking for, Well she was right I purchased my new charger that week and I love it. The day I bought it I was totally comfortable dealing with Laura... I feel like she is my new friend and everyone else at Branhaven made me feel like I joined a new family.
