I just wanted to share my experience with others interested in buying a new car. I was very interested in purchasing a dodge charger and with all the different styles available I knew the look that interested in buying a new car. I also started shopping around about a year before purchasing. In visiting many different dealerships I was treated a wide variety of ways and had many cars shoved at me but I felt nobody was listening to what I wanted...that is untill i went to Branhaven . They were the only dealership where I did not feel hassled at any time...was totally comfortable stopping in on various occasions to see and sit in several different dodge chargers. I met Laura Schmitt on my first visit there and continued to see her on each occasion. She paid attention to my likes and dislikes and around Easter time called and said she had a charger with a new trim package on the lot and it might be just what I was looking for, Well she was right I purchased my new charger that week and I love it. The day I bought it I was totally comfortable dealing with Laura... I feel like she is my new friend and everyone else at Branhaven made me feel like I joined a new family. Great professional experience and I will recommend them to all friends and family. Thank you for taking the stress out of buying a new car and remembering me so was able to purchase the perfect charger for me. More

We bought a vehicle for my wife in May of 2012 from Branhaven, and the experience was very satisfying. As a result we went back to buy another vehicle just a few days ago and, although we didn't deal with the same salesperson (he retired), we dealt with Laura Schmitt. She treated us like family and there was no pressure to buy right now. We did shop around and Branhaven was able to match and actually beat the price of other dealerships in our area. Just yesterday she followed up the sale with a call to our house to make sure everything was going well with the new car. Those are the things that make a difference.
