I hate buying cars. And, while we initially had some hiccups in our experience with Branhaven, overall they did a great job. Angelo is one of those guys you feel like you've known a long time and his k hiccups in our experience with Branhaven, overall they did a great job. Angelo is one of those guys you feel like you've known a long time and his knowledge of cars is astronomical. He gave me a real education. Even if we had not bought a car, it still would have been a postive experience with everything that I learned. We spent hours with him looking at different cars, and he had a real passion for what he was doing. We had to come back a few days later to sign the final paperwork and brought our two boys along this time who are 1 and 2. The entire dealership pretty much chipped in and helped us keep them occupied while we signed all the paperwork. My least favorite part of buying a car is usually sitting with the finance guy, but Brandon didn't try to sell us all the extra bells and whistles. He mapped everything out for us and told us how much everything was going to cost and left it at that. If we wanted extras, they were there for us with a price next to them. He was not pushy at all. He also did everything quickly as he probably saw our frustration from chasing the kids all over the place. The dealership is just a good group of people. They gave us a good deal on the car we were looking for and treated us with kindness the entire time. Overall we were very pleased. More

Purchased a preowned certified Chrysler 200 touring. On Monday I found my car on the Internet, gave Jamie,Internet sales, my previous best price and asked if they wanted to match that offer. I had been neogiating with 5 dealerships, within 100 mile radius of my home in NYS. Jamie, ,was extremely conscientious, promptly responding to my offer and answering all my questions/requests over the next three days. Johnathon took over my purchase once Jamie and I agreed we had a deal. Johnathon coordinated all the paperwork and I made an appointment to pick up the car on Saturday. After,just reading other reviews, Saturday pick ups seem to be not the best time to complete a purchase. I too waited longer than I would have liked, the explanation I received was the first appointment of the day,also from NYS, had arrived an hour late and thus everyone after them was late.Once my turn came,Brandon, financial person was very fast, direct and clear with all the necessary forms to be signed. Johnathon,although very busy, made me feel like he had all the time in the world to orient me to my car. Branhaven,even sent a shuttle to New Haven to pick up my son,who had taken a train from NYC to drive my old car home. My "new car" was exactly as described to me on the Internet and over the phone. This dealership is very customer oriented. My initial internet search and identification of a potential vehicle prompted me to call. The internet sales rep was very responsive, provided answers to my questions, and provided alternate arrangements for my potential visit times. By providing advance details I was promptly met by a sales rep (Angelo (The Cowboy)) and given good, knowledgeable information on the vehicle I was interested in. I knew the details of the vehicle model and it was refreshing to learn more, but not be given a load of useless car sales talk. I eventually decided to purchase the vehicle, after checking, testing and inquiring about 38 similar vehicles in the greater NY area. Knowing my model, my priorities were price, quality, mileage and condition. These criteria were met and the professionalism of the dealership made me comfortable to agree to purchase. Small repairs/changes were agreed and when I collected the vehicles all had been done to my satisfaction. Even a new, small item, noticed on inspection was agreed to be fixed at the first (included in price) oil change. Payment was easy although it was delayed due to volume of weekend customers. So far I am pleased, and I do not expect any negative issues, certainly none that Branhaven will not step-up and resolve. More
The experience I had with my salesman Jonathan was great. I was very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. The only comments I have is with the reception area. When my wife and I showed up to pick up our truck we entered the showroom with barely a notice from the receptionist, we were made to wait while our salesman was busy with something else. We should have been offered a seat and asked if we would like any water or coffee maybe a soft drink. After all we did have an appointment and we did show up on time. When going over the features of the truck, Jon seemed to be all over the place when showing the different options, which left us a little confused and rushed. Finally, we were left waiting while our paperwork was being prepared, which we thought should have been ready for us when we showed up. Again we had an appointment so they knew we were coming. More

Concerning the purchase of both used vehicles, when we arrived at the dealership we found the phone information we were given was honest and verbal descriptions accurately represented the condition of the vehicle, which was exceptional in both cases. The pricing is competitive, the staff helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to return there for future purchases. More

Debbie was not only friendly, but professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the information I was interested in. If Debbie did not know the answer to one of my many questions she promptly worked on retrieving the information for me without hesitation so that all of my questions were fully answered in detail. I did not feel rushed at any point.This dealership and its many employees were all courteous to me causing the desire to continue to do business with them. I recently visited a different dealership in the area and was not treated with as much professionalism as I was by Debbie at Branhaven. Also the other dealership could not compete with Branhaven's attempt to work out a deal that was satisfying and fair to the customer. I would and will highly recommend to others to bring their vehicle needs to Branhaven. Anyone would be lucky to be walked through the sometimes stressful car shopping experience by a sales rep like Debbie.
