MY WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR AND DECIDED ON THE DART OR CHEVY CRUISE. AFTER SEEING THE COMMERCIALS AND THEN THE CRASH RATINGS ON THE DART WE DECIDED TO LOOK AT THEM AT BRANHAVEN. WE MET RYAN HALL IN THE SHOWROOM AND TOOK US BACK TO LOOK AT THEM. WE TOOK THE BLUE DART FOR A TESTDRIVE AND RYAN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAR THAT WAS ALL IT TOOK AND WE BOUGHT THE DART. RYAN TOOK US BACK IN AND WE FILLED OUT THE PAPER WORK AND WE PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY. I was in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and had not purchased from Branhaven before so I decided to give them a chance and was not disappointed. In fact out of the few Jeep dealerships Ive and had not purchased from Branhaven before so I decided to give them a chance and was not disappointed. In fact out of the few Jeep dealerships Ive dealt with in the past Branhaven was the best. Jonathan Minichino was the Sales Consultant that provided me with the service that should be expected when purchasing a new/used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and was able to provide alot of information about how the features and systems of the new Jeep brands function and did an excellent job of following through with the sale of the Jeep I purchased in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Branhaven Jeep to anyone looking for a new/used Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge. More

He tried to imply it was my fault they messed up, which it absolutely was not. Long story short, At Bran Haven they could careless if your unhappy with something as long as they got the sale! Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the buying process. We came in Saturday morning to get my old Durango apprised, and were told to come back at 4:30pm to finalize the deal. Everything was going smooth and easy, then we waited 2 hours to be helped by Brandon in Financing. My recommendation would be to have more office/finance people available during your busiest days/hours. We were told because it was Saturday they were very busy. Also, because it was Saturday, the insurance would not be changed from our old car to new car until Monday. By Wednesday, when it still wasn't done, we called insurance company ourselves. Asked sales associate Jonathan about some concerns we had with new Durango when we got home and he said he would check with the service people on Monday and today is Thursday and have had no response. It seams that once the vehicle is out the door their work is done! More
