My family had bought many Jeeps at this dealership and they always raved about them. Eric Ryalls worked with us to see exactly what we could afford and showed us the vehicles we loved. We test drove the cars and then he worked with us on numbers. Eric had the financial manager, Brandon Campbell and owner Robert Lavallee work on getting us the best deal. The next day we heard from Robert Lavalee and Eric Ryalls first thing the next morning regarding payments. The next day we bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee we wanted. All three of these employee helped us immensely. Eric Ryalls was a pleasure to work with and is very personable. He knows the inventory extremely well and is very accommodating. We called him a few days after our purchase with random questions and he was very helpful and courteous. All three of these employees created an excellent car buying experience for us. What continuously brings us back, is the friendly atmosphere, knowing that we are walking into an area where we are greeted with a smile and remembered from past sales. Our most rescent purchase was with a wonderful sales person named Michael Polvere. Mike was professional, courteous, well spoken and very knowledgeable about the car we were inquiring about. He did not hit us with any high pressure sales pitches, he allowed us to take our time, ask any question, and gave us alone time to make sure it was the car that we wanted and to talk about our finances. Mike is the type of sales person that your dealership should be proud of. I can see him making lots of sales for the company. He has great listening skills, and the rapport that he builds with his clients, gives him a special edge. He is a breath of fresh air, compared to the last salesman my husband encountered at this dealership. We are happy to say that that sales person is no longer working there.
