Bought our second car from Melanie, she’s fantastic, no problems with her. Jonathon however, should stop making promises he can’t keep. My mother, who made a deal for a car $27,000 out the door, and Jonath problems with her. Jonathon however, should stop making promises he can’t keep. My mother, who made a deal for a car $27,000 out the door, and Jonathon tried to sell her overpriced GAP insurance when she put $10,000 down in cash. She refused GAP insurance, next thing we know, after refusing the significantly overpriced GAP, we go to sign the papers and Jonathon made the car $28,000 out the door. He took advantage of a Ukrainian refugee, who does not speak English well, my beautiful mother, and robbed her of a $1,000. What kind of xxxxxxx pulls a bait and switch like this? xxxx him, and anyone in management at Branhaven that supports this sleazeball behavior. Honor your deals like a man Jonathon! More

I went to Branhaven today to discuss my end of lease options. A salesman, by the name of Rocco Candela, pleasantly greeted me, answered all my questions, and explained all my options concerning my end o options.
