The dealership was very respectful Leo did outstanding walking me though the vehicle’s features. If I was to find something wrong I would say I almost got tackled twice due to the fact they have to open t walking me though the vehicle’s features. Took advantage of me and still no refund on my Extended Warranty from 11 December 2023 I signed and requested. Today is 2/14/24 the form says 4-6 weeks. You call finance and they blow you off and won't give their name to know whom you are dealing with. Good luck if you choose to buy here. Update: Carlos the Finance Manager called and emailed today. Start all over, fill out paperwork and odometer statement. No explanation, no offer to pay 9.9% what I am paying and ignoring those questions. I sent him copies of ALL the originals again and filed a complaint with BBB and State Attorney General for Extended warranties. Nearly ten weeks of being told to wait and one finace guy alleging to have checked into it and saying must be activated then cancelled to find out nothing has been done. Well Carlos just sent me an email with a copy of the check they mailed to the Finance company for $2,148. Amazing Carlos can do this within hours while everyone else was giving me the business for Nine weeks and four days! As I said Buyer beware. Would never do business with Bob Tomes group or recommend.
