This by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had...my brother was with me and he reiterated the same thing. We stopped by to look at a used Jetta and Willy greeted us in the parking lot. He was very friendly, but did not pressure us at all. The car was for our almost 16 year old daughter and she had done all o us in the parking lot. He was very friendly, but did not pressure us at all. With Willy's help, we ended up with a 2010 Jetta instead of the 2006 that we came to the dealership to look at. The whole experience took a couple of hours.
