Got an oil change and the tech didn't change the oil filter, had to bring my car back in to get it replaced. Also, broke a clip on my cabin air filter which your team replaced but the techs should be ab filter, had to bring my car back in to get it replaced. Russel Lilly did a fantastic job managing the repair of our 2021 WRX under warranty. He kept me informed regularly, let me know what the issue was and how long I should expect to wait, then finished it of our 2021 WRX under warranty.
