Can I give ZERO stars for this visit? Waited 4.5 hours with an appointment to get new tires put on. Other customers arrived without an appointment and were done and gone while we waited. The car buying process was smooth and quick. Sales team did a poor job of explaining the dealer add-ons that were included in the car price. The salesperson noted a cost of $2800 for several non-negotiable items and that was clear. Other items showed up during the financing that took us by surprise. These were confusing at best. Optional coverages on a car should be just that - optional. Most of these expire after 3 years. We will not drive this car more than 5000 miles a year so these coverages are mostly useless to us. Stop putting LoJack on cars. No one wants it. That's what car insurance is for. More
