Keisha was both professional and personal. She was very easy to like and trust. I just handed her my phone and she just talked me through the steps. We laughed all during the buying process and setting up my car. Can’t remember that happening during a car buying experience. They were all exceptional, and each one asked if she was giving me the support I needed and would let me know they valued her knowledge of the car specifics, especially the new technologies added or changed from my 2019 Ascent. If I asked something she didn’t know she jumped up and went and asked someone. I know Keisha has a Crosstrek that is the blue khaki color( my son also has the same color and model) that she is so proud of. She has a Husky, has worked for that dealership for like a year and four months, wear heels in the morning and keeps flats under her desk for later in the day. ( I am a retired teacher and I told her she needed to take care of her feet, haha) I am sure not all buyers want or need to get to know their sales staff, but this is a long process and it was nice that she was friendly and open.
