Keisha was both professional and personal. She was very easy to like and trust. She understood all the new technology needs of using the phones for apps and was helpful when some of that was h She was very easy to like and trust. I just handed her my phone and she just talked me through the steps. We laughed all during the buying process and setting up my car. Can’t remember that happening during a car buying experience. I hope Keisha has a long rewarding career with Subaru Brandon Tomes. I understand there is a team that works to sell cars. They were all exceptional, and each one asked if she was giving me the support I needed and would let me know they valued her knowledge of the car specifics, especially the new technologies added or changed from my 2019 Ascent. If I asked something she didn’t know she jumped up and went and asked someone. I know Keisha has a Crosstrek that is the blue khaki color( my son also has the same color and model) that she is so proud of. She has a Husky, has worked for that dealership for like a year and four months, wear heels in the morning and keeps flats under her desk for later in the day. ( I am a retired teacher and I told her she needed to take care of her feet, haha) I am sure not all buyers want or need to get to know their sales staff, but this is a long process and it was nice that she was friendly and open.
