Roman was very friendly and respectful. Answered all my questions. Roman sent a "walk around video" of the vehicle showing all the details and even pointing out the imperfections. The dealership made the process very easy and haggle free. Located a couple issues on the day we purchased the vehicle. Roman and his director immediately addressed the issues and had them fixed.
