I just traded in my first Subaru, an Outback, for a new Ascent, and Victor Baro made it one of the best experiences! Good afternoon Sales Team, I had a great (A+) experience with Jacob, the sales representative and Jeff, the sales Director during my recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru ascent at the dealership on Saturday, Ja with Jacob, the sales representative and Jeff, the sales Director during my recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru ascent at the dealership on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in McKinney, Texas. Customer service was outstanding, and the leadership was on par with purchasing a new vehicle post COVID. Additionally, had a great discussion with David, the finance Director, regarding closing all the documentation associated with the purchase. The finance Director was very friendly and guided me through the whole process from start to finish to complete all financial transaction. Overall, outstanding customer service, and experience at the store, including discussion with the general manager (Super clean store and very friendly environment and great service department.). Would recommend seeing this dealership the first stop on your list prior to going anywhere else in the North Texas Market and DFW area. I would go back there and buy another car any day of the week. Amazing experience (A+++). More

Experience about average. Confusing issues presented re extended warranty(s) and final price. This part was not a good experience at all. Experience with Bailey Reid (first contact) was great but went down hill fairly quickly when "managers" became involved. Slow to receive follow up answers to questions and particularly information regarding specific items included in warranty, extended warranties and service. I am quite happy with the vehicle but not so much issues related to follow up. Thanks. More
