Was greeted by Jacob Plumlee upon arrival and told him I had an appointment with Alex Poole. He went to find him and came back and said he wasn't there today. Jacob then took over and got a list of what I was looking for in my Forester. He found one that fit my needs and we took it for a test drive. Really liked the way it handled. We went over pricing and my trade in and came to a price I could handle. Jose did the paperwork on the SUV while they washed and added the license plates. Jacob explained a lot of the features and we set up an appointment with Kaylah to have her show how to use all the bells and whistles in a couple of weeks. More
