Marcos Puga subbed for Alex, so the high rating is for Marcos since we didn’t meet Alex but he set it all up for us. Marcos was terrific and very supportive. The facility was very crowded but I’m sure t Marcos since we didn’t meet Alex but he set it all up for us. Marcos was terrific and very supportive. The facility was very crowded but I’m sure the new facility will be just great. There was some trouble with the key machine and had to wait for a long time to test the car. But once we decided on that Outback - all was good. Most people were behind the scenes and we didn’t get to meet them, but the finished product was ready when we got there for pick up.
