We had a great experience at Brandon Tomes Subaru, the staff were knowledgable and courteous. After a few months of online shopping and getting the pre-approval paperwork together we made our 4th stop at staff were knowledgable and courteous. It was a last minute decision that actually landed us at the wrong dealership. I didn't realize it until the salesman Weiming Sun was showing us an identical vehicle but with a different price than what we had on our paperwork. Needless to say the dealership worked with us and we ended up signing all paperwork after 1020pm. Big thanks to Mark (the veteran), Justin (mean wife story and not a very good dancer), and of course the salesman "Why Me" actually spelled Weiming for his patience and understanding in dealing with us as his first car sale! We had a great time and will definitely be back for another car... If they didn't ban us... One other aspect we liked with Subaru and this dealership was they give back to the community in many ways. You can't miss the food pantry at the entrance of the dealership and of course my wife's favorite, the 11-year partnership with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®), Subaru has provided nearly $25 million to support the health, rescue, transport, and adoption of more than 57,000 animals. Obi was great! All in all it was an experience that went as well as I had hoped. With all the craziness going on in the world today, my fiance' and I decided to f All in all it was an experience that went as well as I had hoped. With all the craziness going on in the world today, my fiance' and I decided to forgo our large 100+ person wedding in favor putting that money into our first big purchase together... a new car!! When I told my fiance' that I wanted a new car he did the research and found the Subrau Legacy Limited was the car for me. We searched for one for weeks, asked other car people to help us find one.. with everything shut down finding the right car was a patient game. Enter in Obi! My fiance emails Obi to look at a car at Brandon Toms Subaru, even though it was the wrong color.. :( I am certain Obi felt my hesitation about that car, so he began looking for other models with the colors I wanted. He goes and gets one just to show me the colors and I knew, I had to wait for the right one! Obi begins searching other dealerships for my perfect car. After just missing out on one nearby, Obi found it! It was several hours away so we scheduled to pick it up two days later. Obi hung out with us as the finance guy took over, he too did a great job being patient breaking things down for us. Now we get to pick up my car.. We walk in and ask for Obi and a kind lady tells us he is off today!!! Oh no!... But lo and behold Obi came in on his day off to help us with my new car!! Very cool of him. He walked around the car with us, finding a scuff that he quickly got buffed out. He spent a good while teaching us about the car's safety features and technology. He even demonstrated some of the safety features (auto rear breaking) that we hope never to have to use again! LOL He answered all my fiance's nerdy questions and made the experience very exciting.
