I had a decent experience at the dealership but I would not recommend them until they are more transparent in their pricing of vehicles. After I had test driven a vehicle and was interested in buying it, I not recommend them until they are more transparent in their pricing of vehicles. After I had test driven a vehicle and was interested in buying it, I was blindsided by a $3800 surcharge of "Value Adds" including paint protection, theft tracking, window tint, and others, some of which had already been done on the vehicle. None of this was included in the advertised value of the vehicle. I traded in a vehicle and I would recommend for others to take it elsewhere for a trade-in or sale. I was offered a pitifully low amount and they were unwilling to negotiate that amount. Other places such as CarMax would likely offer close to double what I received on the trade. Eventually I was able to negotiate that some of the work that had not been done, including the window tint, to be removed from the sale, and negotiated that the rest was charged at cost, but I was not pleased in the slightest that I believed I had been "Bait and switched" to bring me into the dealership under false pretenses (i.e. a lower price on the vehicle). My salesperson Israel was wonderful, as was the gentlemen I worked with in their finance department who worked to get us in an agreeable position for both myself and the dealer. However, I believe if they changed some of their systemic problems with how the dealership operates as a whole I would have been much more happy with my experience. More
