I made an appointment for 9:00 a few days prior to my service date. On the day of service, I called ahead to notify I’d be about 10 minutes late. I did not receive help/acknowledgement until I walked into the service department to state I had a 9:00 appointment. The service is not usually like this. I believe it was an off day for the team, but it was frustrating to experience. More
