Everything started great. I found the car online, spoke to Tammy, and set up an appointment to drive from out of town to take a look at the car. When I got there, I was rushed I found the car online, spoke to Tammy, and set up an appointment to drive from out of town to take a look at the car. When I got there, I was rushed through my test drive. And then I was pretty much rushed out of the dealership. I spent the weekend with the car, and had some serious concerns. All of the rims were messed up, the maintenance light was on, the remote start didn't work, among other things. When I reach out with my concerns, I was pretty much stonewalled. And then when I inquired about returning the car, they kept telling me it was going to mess up my credit. I would much rather have a blip on my credit report then be stuck with this car for the next few years. I reached out to them several times, and again got stonewalled. I'm working with the bank to try to fix this, because the dealership has done nothing to help me fix my concerns with the car. It's alarming when you ask somebody to add a little faith, in the form of a warranty, to a major purchase. Especially when they say they stand behind it. I was upset because the saleswoman was supposed to answer a question for me that day, but never got back with me. I called the dealership the next day and they told me they had sold the car. Very Unhappy Brought in my vehicle today to sell it for the guaranteed KBB instant offer cash price, and the dealership did not honor the KBB. They wanted to give me $700 less for what the offer said. Will contact KBB and definitely ask them why they do business with you guys when you don't value the offer. I guess you guys are just trying to get customers in door. Will bring my business somewhere else. More
