I have dealt with many dealerships over 20 years and have owned many vehicles in that time and have had basic customer service. I have felt in the past that during the car buying procedure they are great but the after experience is always disappointing. As if they have gotten your business and so not care to maintain any kind of relationship with the customer. After having some recent problems with my credit I was reluctant to head to any dealer with fear of the way I would be treated, And then I came to AutoNation in Brandon. We were greeted timely upon arrival and not hounded as soon as we got on the lot. Ron Messick was amazing. Laid back, honest and realistic. As he navigated thru the options and the best match for me, it was never felt to be rushed. I picked a great deal of a certified vehicle and was impressed by the price for the mileage and condition of the vehicle. Professional and humble, Ron guided us through the procedure of buying the car. Thank you Ron, you truly made this a wonderful experience. Then we are greeted by Mark, the "get it done" man. He was top notch. You could honestly tell that he runs around that dealership making sure he can do what needs to be done for the customer. He worked to make this deal and without haggling or "nickle and diming" the deal. I told him my budget, and he made sure he stayed within that range. Within a short time, he got our answers and made the deal a reality. Thank you Mark, I truly trusted you. Then the next man, Moises, I need to thank and apologize. I gave him a run for his money because my time on that particular day was limited. He was professional, thorough and tried everything he could to stay within my range. He succeeded. I was offered a package I could not deny on a vehicle I could not walk away from. Thank you Moises for your professionalism, even though I was a little testy. LOL. In summary, I write reviews to help the general public get the best service by a company. I also write reviews so that the companies who employ these type of individuals can be appreciative of the people they employ. I believe, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customers. That was certainly the case here. AutoNation needs to be aware of the employees that make them outstanding and whom the public can trust. I am thoroughly happy with my purchase, my terms and the way we were treated. I received an email that stated "Welcome to the family" and I think that pretty much summarizes how we were treated. If there were others involved behind the scenes that I was not aware of, they need to be thanked as well. Truly place where your business matters and they strive to make the customer happy. I will be a life long customer and will recommend them to all I know in the car buying mode. Thank you AutoNation, I am very happy and grateful More

He walked me around my trade in to point out everything that was wrong with it. Then he makes you wait an hour to tell you what he thinks its worth. I have been in the Automobile business for 18years selling cars. He states he puts pictures on line to see who is the highest bidder and that is how he estimates what it is worth. I went to 2 competitors before I drove their. The 2 other dealers pulled up my car on what they were going through the Mannheim action and it was around 6000.00. He said it was only worth 4400.00. and wouldn't discount his car a penny. I will never go back to an Autonation dealership again. This guy will try to steal your trade.. Remember folks you need to ask the dealer what the ACV= Actual cash value is on your trade, not a difference figure meaning you want to know what your trade is worth and how much the dealership is discounting the car you want to purchase. After a session of deciding on a version of the model desired, talking price, trade in, a visit from a sales manager, we left to compare other manufacturers with similar mid sized vehicles. Fast forward 3 days.. I received a phone call from the salesman with whom we talked. I told him that we decided to buy from a competitor, thanked him from his time and hung up. He immediately called again using language only heard in the military. I hung up again. He called two more times and I hung up immediately. The next day, I talked to a sales manager who stated that he would look into this issue. I haven't heard from him to this date. The phone number 813-868-3603 I received the call from goes to Autonation Nissan. Make your own decision, but I ill never recommend this Nissan dealership for anything. More

We go back in today and before we even take my 10 month old out of the car, my husband asked if they would honor their price. They said of course and we'll actually give you a better price. They made us wait almost 4 hours and they ended up giving us a price that was through the roof. Why did you waste my Sunday if you can't honor the price?! If you do make the mistake of doing business with this awful institution, I hope Kim isn't the financial advisor running your numbers because it'll take her over 4 hours to come back with any numbers at all. More

However, the beginning did not start out that way when we started at Firkins Nissan in Bradenton, Florida and had a horrible experience with the Sales Manager there and he was completely unprofessional and he told me that I did not know how to read and that I did not know what I was talking about. He also criticized me on how I was going to get to the price that we wanted to pay. He treated me like I was a "Woman" and I did not know what I was talking about. I walked away being completely insulted by him and I do not want any other person to have to experience that, so please go to Auto Nation Nissan in Brandon!! The service we received from Kevin and Mark was like buying a car from a family member! More

My sales person was Mike Savage, and he was great to work with. I'm a tough cookie and probably not the easiest customer to deal with; Mike's zero pressure approach to sales is what helped me finalize my decision to buy now. He doesn't hound you or attempt to talk you into a purchase that's not in your best interest. He allows the customer to think things over and make their own decision, which I appreciated. There were some hiccups when it was time for finalizing price and financing (not due to my credit), but because I was firm and knew what I was willing to accept, we came to an agreement. If you want a respectful, zero pressure selling experience, Mike Savage is the person to see. More

Went online yesterday at 1pm and had a chat with this dealership. They offered me an appt for 4:30, which I took. At 8:00pm I drove out of the lot with my new car: a certified pre-ownefd 2015 Rogue Select. I cannot say enough good about our salesperson, Ben Walker. He was friendly, kind, professional, and efficient. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a vehicle. Cory, the finance manager, was great as well. I got a great car for a great price and great terms! Had I knoiwn buying a car could be this easy, I would have done so much sooner! More
