They sold a car that we had an appointment for. Ashley never told us about leaving a deposit to hold the car. After we drove 1 hour, she called and said it's too bad that the car was SOLD! She was rude, never told us about leaving a deposit to hold the car. After we drove 1 hour, she called and said it's too bad that the car was SOLD! She was rude, condescending and uncaring. She even said to us that she would pray for us in a real smart-xxx way. Managers were the same way too. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. DISHONEST, AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER More
I am absolutely livid and on the phone to file a complaint with Nissan corp. I did not buy my Pathfinder at this dealership but have had it serviced there. I received a mailing from Brandon Nissan s complaint with Nissan corp. I did not buy my Pathfinder at this dealership but have had it serviced there. I received a mailing from Brandon Nissan saying "This notification letter is sent to you in accordance with vehicle notification standards and requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Nissan has determined there may be a recall which relates to your motor vehicle's safety and operation..." So I look up my vin and it says my truck is not a part of any recall but I call anyway and speak to Ashley Tucker. I specifically tell her that I have already checked the vin and question whether or not some hidden sales technique. She said absolutely not and that my truck needed to be looked at to see IF it was part of the recall. So my husband and I take off of work to get there and of course the service department confirms that there is no recall. I go to speak to Ashley who then brings over a Sales Manager by the name of Tim DaSilva to ask if I wasn't interested in trading up. I just about blow my top and he proceeds to say its not his fault and walk away while I was still speaking. Ashley could have cared less either that she scammed us into wasting our time. DO NOT go there. Everything about this interaction lacked any dignity, accuracy and empathy for me as a client. More
Stay away! Tried to buy a used car here. They refused to honor the online price ($500 more than advertised) and then told me they charge a reconditioning fee and Tried to buy a used car here. They refused to honor the online price ($500 more than advertised) and then told me they charge a reconditioning fee and a dealer fee. Together these added another $2000 to the price. This place is really dishonest - look for a car elsewhere! More
Me and my father went here to buy a used truck and that we saw online and talk to Brian peoples he was the sales rep and was really off putting from the beginning. When he pulled the truck up so we could l we saw online and talk to Brian peoples he was the sales rep and was really off putting from the beginning. When he pulled the truck up so we could look at it he pulled it in a tight parking spot so we could not get in on the passenger side. We took it for a test drive all was well but the check engine light was on and tire pressure sensor light was on. So we asked about it and he said it still had to go through service so then I asked for the car fax and then Brian pointed out that last thing on the car fax was them tuning it through Service. I question him about it and he said it was not done yet?? Okay so then he bring us their offer and the price of the truck was $1000 more then what we seen in there website so my dad was was like okay have a great day we are leaving because he felt like they were ripping him off. Brian told us the price we saw online was only if we financed through Nissan and was Active or reserve military. Also they wanted to charge almost $1000 reconditioning fee way too high. We asked for his best price and he brought back a paper that was reasonable but was very short we us and then I asked for his sales manger and was like you can talk to who ever you want. The sales manger was really nice and professional. Unfortunately we couldn’t make a deal. But will not be returning because of Brian’s impression. More
Please read the advert in the image. Nothing marketed here was true when i visited the dealership today. Adam the salesman seemed very genuine and sincere, and was quite professional. This is the only re here was true when i visited the dealership today. Adam the salesman seemed very genuine and sincere, and was quite professional. This is the only reason I give 2 stars. First I have ever been to a dealership and given a trade-in amount for my vehicle...WITHOUT the vehicle actually being inspected! Very unprofessional. To add fuel to fire there are Kelly Blue book signs all around the area on tables. Kelly Bluebook returned a $3,000-$2,500 trade-in value for my Jeep. But the manager advised the salesman they could only likely give $500--and no inspection? I guess he the Manager was peering through the window at my vehicle instead of doing his job the correct way. I had bern in discussion on Facebook for days and was assured the contents of the ad were legitimate. Absolutely not true. If I didn't have do much on my hands already I would file a civil complaint for false advertising and deceptive sale practices More
Salesperson was terrible. I got in the car to start the test drive and he made me get out and proceeded to talk for 15 minutes about features under the hood that I didn't care about. When I told him that I test drive and he made me get out and proceeded to talk for 15 minutes about features under the hood that I didn't care about. When I told him that I was not going to buy anything today as this was the first place I went to, he acted like I was a complete waste of his time. Rude and unprofessional. However, the manager was very nice and not pushy. I still would not go back though because of the way I was treated by the salesperson. More
The GM on duty Sunday Dec 1 I came to the store to buy a 2011 Jeep wrangler advertised on the internet. The sales person had a difficult time finding the vehicle. It was finally I came to the store to buy a 2011 Jeep wrangler advertised on the internet. The sales person had a difficult time finding the vehicle. It was finally found by the service Bay Area. The sale person said it was going to have minor service but it was indeed for sale. She took me to the General Manager to learn what specifically was being done. The GM immediately had a negative attitude and when questioned as to what service was needed, got vague and said something to do with the tires or maybe an alignment. With his demeanor being what it was, I questioned if he really wanted to sell the vehicle to which he got really nasty and said no! It was a real shame as we called in advance and drove 30 miles to get there. The guy was an xxx and did not represent the dealer well. Worst of all, I had cash in hand ( no finance) and wanted to do a deal. Unfortunately, he was so rude that the only one who knew we had cash was the floor salesman who he also treated poorly. More
"As Advertised" is not as advertised I saw a Car Gurus AD and called in to verify that very car was available, yes nd verified VIN number. I went in and test drove the car. I started nego I saw a Car Gurus AD and called in to verify that very car was available, yes nd verified VIN number. I went in and test drove the car. I started negotiations for purchase and they added a bunch of bogus fees. To be specific (and watch out for it) the RECONDITIONING/PREP FEE is bogus ($986.85 for me) and compare it to DOC FEE/PREDELIVERY SERVICE CHARGE (mine was 998.00), they said it is diff and taxable. I went in unprepared for these and they charged me both, I would have tried to reduse or kill the Reconditioning fee. And Doc Fee should not be that high! Unless they pay admins 60k a year and its all electronically filed/computerized so wth? Other dealers charge at most $300 for doc fees. Other places they will dime you is added accessories like tint or whatevs. Back to the advertised price: At first the wanted to sell me the car for 4k over the advertised price!!! Seriously!! Then, after them walking away and coming back with many distractions changing of topic, I was about to walk away and I had to stand infront of the GM (Sean) I said I wont pay more than the advertised price and he went onto to the Ad to verify and came back with $400 over the ad and said there you are. He also knocked $1k off my trade in. I couldn't see the ad and had been there for hours, didnt notice the additional $400 and signed SIX hours after walking into the place. It shouldnt take more than 90 min. to buy a car. Big mistake to TRUST anything they say!!! Don't let your guard down for a moment!!! They WILL absolutely threaten you with "this deal is only good for today" but dont be afraid to walk. That is when u know they are scamming U. There are thousands of car deals and much better dealerships out there than this one!!!! just check their reviews, take your ad and go to another Nissan dealer. Did I go back to try to recover? yes, no recourse, wasted my time More
The manager named Tim Desilva consistently made offers he could not keep just trying to keep us in the building. As soon as we would settle for what he said he could do, he came back with a higher number and could not keep just trying to keep us in the building. As soon as we would settle for what he said he could do, he came back with a higher number and claimed he never guaranteed anything. He did the same thing to us twice and wasted our time (we drove over an hour to get there). Tim lied to us and lost our business so we bought our Nissan somewhere that respected us and didn’t act like a typical greasy used car salesman. More
