Don’t bother using their online parts department (DBA Nissan Parts Overstock). Very incompetent. Was directed there by Nissan website to order accessories for my new Nissan Frontier. First I placed an order for running boards, hitch receiver cover, and exhaust tip. Without contacting me they cancelled the entire order. I called and asked why. They said the running boards were on back order. Not sure why that would cause them to cancel the entire order. In the mean time I placed another order for front and rear kick plates. I received an email stating the order was ready for pick up. I drive close to an hour to the dealership to pick up the parts on a Saturday. The guy behind the counter did a brief scan of the back room and said he couldn’t find them and it appeared he had no interest in trying to find them or track them down. He said come back Monday when the online guy is here. I filed a PayPal dispute on Saturday to get a refund. I finally had to call the dealership Monday for a refund. A woman who answered looked up my order and said it was showing on hold. I asked why. She said well it looks like you left us a pretty bad review. I was like yeah. She puts me on hold and connects me to the online order guy, who finally refunded my money. I asked what happened on Sat as to why the guy couldn’t find my part. His response was I don’t know. Incompetence and terrible service all around with zero remorse or attempt to make things right. More
I visited Brandon Nissan to look into purchasing a 2024 Nissan Murano Platinum. After going over there inventory, they didn't have anything I liked. When we took care of that I told him I didn't want it if it didn't have CHROME WHEELS. Repeat CHROME WHEELS. When it was delivered it didn't have the chrome wheels I was promised. Of course they said they will get them m. Two weeks later now they say they can't switch them because of some friggin liability issues. The bottom line they down right out lied from the beginning. Don't trust them. Than the finance guy also turned out too be a liar, but that's another whole story. Drive the extra mile to another dealership to purchase your new Nissan. Stay away from Brandon Nissan. More
Among the worst experiences ever with a car dealer. I Was outright lied to by Thomas. He assured me they wanted to buy my Corvette. He verified the price multiple times. He assured me that if the car was in perfect condition, as I stated, the number would be the number. I did not want to drive 30 miles to be baited and switched, Which was exactly what happened. He handed the key over to the manager, and essentially disappeared. After 30 minutes, the manager came out of the office and said we can’t get numbers. I’m not really sure what that means. I don’t know why they would have me drive all the way up there if the numbers weren’t even close. The car is in perfect condition, With only 6000 miles . This was a very slimy, scummy way to operate . He should never have had me drive up there knowing the numbers wouldn’t be there. This is the exact reason dealers get a bad reputation. xxxxxxx moves like this waste peoples time and give them a bad in their mouth. I can assure you, I will never buy another car from Brandon Nissan. More
I had a big issue with the service done on my Nissan nv200 in their service department with the transmission. They stated they were going to do the recommended Transmission Service the only thing they d nv200 in their service department with the transmission. I was contacted by the lady who handles customer satisfaction and she said the service Management contact me here we are a week and a half later still no contact they obviously don't care about the satisfaction of the consumer More
After waiting in the office for nearly 6 hours I was finally approved for a 2018 Arcadia. I was already apprehensive due to the horrible reviews. I decided to give this process the benefit of the doubt. Within 24 hours I noticed a roach infestation in the vehicle. I immediately took the car back the next day. Furthermore, as I drove to the dealership I noticed the gears shaking during shift change. I have 12 credit inquiries only to return a vehicle that was contaminated 24 hours later. What a nightmare! Stay far away from this business. More
Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My son and I were shopping for his first car. We found a car he really liked and test drove it. Geo and his manager explained that they just got it in and it wasn't ready just yet to be sold until it went through their service inspection and pricing. I asked what the timeframe for that was and they said it could be ready today or tomorrow. I asked them if we could go grab lunch for an hour and come back to see what the price and final details would be of when it would be ready. They said that worked for them. We came back an hour later, they made us sit and wait another half hour while they continued to "finalize the numbers". Then Geo came back and told me that they had just sold the car to someone else. I couldn't believe they would do that. He proceeded to explain how it was my fault because we left, even though that was the agreed upon plan in order to give them time to put everything together! I was shocked that anyone would do that. The truth is, they have zero customer service or loyalty and will do whatever it takes to make a sale, regardless of their agreement to another customer. I got a call from Trey the next day asking how my experience was. When i told him what happened, he had the nerve to ask me if there was another car i was interested in! Unbelievable! He couldn't have cared less what my experience was. I walked out without a car and his phone call had one purpose, to sell me a car. They are the epitomy of used car salesmen! More
