I dread the ordeal of buying a new car. Yesterday, I bought my second new car from Autoway Nissan of Brandon. I knew the exact car I wanted, the color, the interior and the extras. I built it on the Nis bought my second new car from Autoway Nissan of Brandon. I knew the exact car I wanted, the color, the interior and the extras. I built it on the Nissan website and electronically sent the details to a number of Nissan dealerships in Tampa/Orlando. I asked for the bottom line price (excluding tax/title/etc.) and only a few sales reps actually emailed me their actual, bottom line price. Of the 3 that did, Autoway was tied for 1st and was the closest to my Lakeland, FL home. I emailed Mr Fleetwood and met him the next day. He showed me the exact car, I test drove it, and then bought it for the price he quoted me. Their original offer for my trade-in was low, but they upped it when I showed them the printed offer I had from Car Max (prolly something everyone should do before trading in to have a ballpark idea). Mr Fleetwood was courteous, friendly, informative and did none of the usual car salesman BS tricks. The finance person was also friendly and not overly pushy as we went throught the obligatory warranty choices (I chose none). All in all, this dealership and particularly, Mr Fleetwood, created a very pleasant and fair environment while I purchased a new car. More

I had planned to buy a new car and was visiting several different dealers as I had not yet decided on a make and model. Anthony was the first person I worked with at Autoway Nissan. He showed me several cars and pickups and I test drove a few of them. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did not try to talk me into making a purchase I did not want. I drove a Frontier home that evening to test and brought it back the next day deciding I preferred a car instead of a truck although the truck was nice. I worked with Lindsay that day and she was just as nice and knowledgeable also with a non pressure approach that I appreciated. I decided on a new Altima. To get the color with the options I wanted, Lindsay had to pick one up at another dealership which she did the next day. I am enjoying my new car and really appreciated the level of customer service from everyone at Autoway Nissan of Brandon, FL, especially Lindsay and Anthony. More

Linny and Scott were both great to work with. We had inquired online about a new Maxima and were contacted by Linny within 30 minutes. I told her were in the market for another Maxima as ours had 158k m inquired online about a new Maxima and were contacted by Linny within 30 minutes. My wife and I visited AutoWay Nissan of Brandon this past weekend and were surprised by the difference in atmosphere between this dealership and the others we have dealt with. Our previous experiences purch weekend and were surprised by the difference in atmosphere between this dealership and the others we have dealt with. Our previous experiences purchasing vehicles at other dealerships were not pleasant. The previous sales pitches were rife with high pressure sales tactics and manipulation. The sales staff at AutoWay Nissan of Brandon, in particular Kevin Slane, were a pleasure to deal with. Kevin Slane was very informative about the vehicles we were interested in and gave us several options. Kevin Slane facilitated us driving one of the vehicles and also worked with the sales manager, Julio Ayala, to give us a fair price. Both Kevin Slane and Julio Ayala worked to locate the vehicle we wanted and had it delivered that evening. Kevin Slane even took time to show me the features of the vehicle we purchased. When there was an issue with the vehicle, Kevin Slane was the first to notice it and made it right as soon as possible.
