Buyers be aware, these guys, salespeople and managers did everything they could to rip me off. The car I intended to buy was listed as $18,500 (I have a screenshot!). I took off from work and drove 2 hours to this dealership. Everything was great until they came up with the actual numbers and sales price then was $26,500! Text agreement was a lie! Plus $8,000 more than list price! They kept us there 3 hours acting like they would negotiate, but didn't come down at all. They wanted the full price of $26,500! They also wanted me to buy a package for protection of the car for $3995 and I didn't wanted it, but they said I have to buy it! What a lie and total rip off! Waste of my time, gas and mileage. Do not go there! More

This place scammed my husband. The vehicle was listed for 22,000. He was charged 28,000. We still owed 5,500 on our car. They gave us 7,000 for it. Which was put in the contract. Then down the end of contract snuck in that 5,500 making us actually pay for it. The vehicle didn’t even sell for 28,000 brand new. My husband isn’t the brightest and I told him over the phone not to do it. There are all these fees. Like pre owned and delivered fee 1,000 ? Basically once they added so many fees that make zero sense he walked out paying 38,000 for a 2021 Nissan Rogue that is only the cheapest one they make with the least features. When I called the following morning at 8 am and only had the car since 10 pm the night before so 10 hours asking to get my van back and return the vehicle the sales man Rafael Clay cussed me out and called me a xxxxx. When I asked to speak to his manager. So I hung up. I called back and was able to get the sales manager and was informed that florida doesn’t have to honor the “ 24 hour return or 3 day return if they choose not to. And that my husband signed something stating this. The manger informed me he was given 7,000 for the trade in. Which sure it looks like it at the top of the contract but near the bottom is written in as Pre loan payment 5,500 which is what they paid off in my van basically sneaking it back into the contract which he didn’t realize. The payments are $700 per month for a bottom of the line 2021 Nissan Rogue. I’m thinking if hiring a lawyer because it says that in the LEMON LAW guidlines that you can file for it if your vehicle has issues. OR THE DEALER WAS DISHONEST IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.! I’m livid and I would not recommended this place to my worst enemy. To be cussed at is so unprofessional. The fact that they don’t care a single bit about their customers is xxxxxxxx! More

They made this process GREAT! !!! I purchased from another state but they made me feel as though I mattered!!! Genesis was sooo helpful and very fun!!!! It seemed as if I had known !!! Dealer que hace sus negocios con mañas y venden carros dañados como nuevos y con sobre precios ! Hace menos de 10 meses compre un carro con ellos que ellos decidieron que fuese ese! Al día siguiente de te dañados como nuevos y con sobre precios ! Hace menos de 10 meses compre un carro con ellos que ellos decidieron que fuese ese! Al día siguiente de tener el carro marco luces en el tablero lo modificaron y a los dos días prendió todas las luces del tablero la volvi a llevar y según era un sensor de la transmisión se la quedaron por más de mes y medio , luego me la entregaron y ya el carro 10 meses después no funciona, en varias oportunidades fui y dije que no quería ese carro y ellos insistían que el carro estaba bueno! La última vez que fui fue porque el aire acondicionado dejó de trabajar y no me resolvieron nada la solución es que la entregarán al banco o montarme un negocio nuevo con el gran negativo que tiene el crédito actual ya que me vendieron un carro 2018 por más de 27k $ , al no recibir solución por parte de ellos , quise asumir mi responsabilidad por haber creído y caído en sus engaños y lleve a un mecánico particular y el presupuesto para arreglar el carro supera los 8k $ ya que al mostrarme el carro por debajo nos dimos cuenta que ese carro sufrió un gran choque que no está reportado en CARFAX y tenia todas las bases del motor partidas , la base estabilizadora es la que está sosteniendo el motor , radiador y sistemas de refrigeramiento totalmente amañado y remendado, cosa que ellos de seguramente estaban al tanto un dealer grande no vende un carro si antes chequear ! Actualmente tengo una queja antes BBB porque no es justo que esta empresa siga estafando de esta manera! En este momento me toca seguir pagando una cuota de más de 700$ para un total de más de 50K $ por un carro que ya en este momento dejo de funcionar después de que más de una oportunidad les deje saber que ese carro no funcionaba! Cuando visiten este dealer no se dejen convencer con la falsa estrategia de venta que dicen que quieren ayudarte y te obligan a comprar el carro que ellos saben que no funciona y con sobre precio ! He knew i was an hour an a half away, he had all my numbers together that I needed because I was very clear I didn't want to waste my time, as soon as I got there he had a better car then what I initially was looking at, the first thing he told me is that the back up camera was not working and had to be replaced, I picked out a few thing that needed to be fixed, the front bumper, possible roter due to a vibration In. The front end, and front end alignment...... everything was written in to contract except the camera, me thinking I didnt have to add it because they I formed me it had to be replaced, fast forward to me calling the dealership and the only one who ever answered my calls was Abner the salesman!!, he finally got me a date to bring my car in, he informed me it would be there for 3 days , I explained I would need a loaner which he was able to get me, I pick up my car 3 days later, it seems to fine? Or so I thought bumper was great front end was great, camera was working [r so thought, I got almost home when I heard clicking in my front end, and parked my car and boom camera was not working again, I called the dealership immediately, I spoke to the manager and he gave me his cell phone and stated he would speak to the service manager and get it taken care I was very pissed off, I called on Monday to find out what was going to happen and my calls went straight to voicemail for 2 days without a response, I called the dealership back and spoke with Abner again, I explained what happen he said he would get back with me to help out, and he did, well /his was back and fourth for about a week and a half, and finally they told Abner they were ordering my part, confused on what it was , I agreed! The next phone call I got was from James the service manager, I was greatful someone finally got back with me, i explained how upset I was and I was not getting phone calls back except from Abner, He said wanted to change my mind, and I said I hope so.....so he said he had to get some information together seeing he has only been there for 2 weeks and wanted to be sure of all the information great right?? No next phone call was him telling the camera was not written anywhere, so I was very pissed off now, and clearly told him, his company told me it had to be replaced, and was not going come new into this and change what my agreement was, so he better get the correct information and get back with me, in process asked to please speak with Abner seeing as he was the only who seemed to know what was going on at this point!!! He finally gets back with not happily, explaining he ordered my camera, and Abner couldn't get back with me because "he had and emergency " trust not the facts, they were angry with him because they had to honor there agreement and he stood up for his client!!! So bring this weekend I brought my car in for them to finally fix it correctly, And introduce myself to this non- pleasent man James, in the process of being there wait for my car to fixed , I inquired about Abner and one of the gentleman told me he no longer works there for the last 2 weeks? Amazing since he had a conversation with myself and James and Abner was standing up for me , to fix my car correctly, that he no longer works for them......coincidence I dont think so, I think I cost him his job for doing the right things In my opinion!! So they have lost an amazing salesman and the trust of a new customer, Abner was the only one who wanted to help, when no management wanted to get back with me, so use this company with your own judgment, but will not send them any of my business, Paula Miraglia!!
