If you care about integrity and your own safety, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I purchased a jeep from this dealership in April with only 30,000 miles on it. When I picked it up, I mentioned to the salesman that BUY A CAR HERE. I purchased a jeep from this dealership in April with only 30,000 miles on it. When I picked it up, I mentioned to the salesman that the tire tread looked low. He INSISTED that the tires were in great shape and would last a long time. Cut to August, I get a small nail in one of my tires and I go to get it plugged. Come to find out, 3/4 of my tires are unserviceable and legally bald and one was borderline. I could not safely drive off the lot of Discount Tire without buying 4 new tires. Tires I would have replaced at the time of sale had the salesman been honest. Tires I likely could have gotten at cost, which is upsetting enough however not the most important part. The point is I’ve been driving around on bald tires, during the rainy season of Florida no less, trusting the word of a salesman and manager that did not care about my safety or the safety of others on the road. I have called 3 times in the last week since going in to have my tires replaced, each time I’m told I’ll be hearing from the GM and yet it’s still radio silence. Also, side note. The purchasing process makes you feel as though you’ve been taken hostage. I spent FIVE HOURS waiting for them to get the paper work and financing together when I have xxxx near perfect credit and there was only one other buyer in the dealership at the time. I had to uber eats my dinner to the dealership. More

We went there to look at cars, salesman greeted us in parking lot. Barely had our names and wanted to discuss financing. Asked us how much we were pre-approved for which he didn't need to know that. He wanted to get every dime we were approved for. Then went inside to get keys to a car we were interested in and we waited and waited and he did not return so we left. Not the way to treat potential customers. Never go there again and will not recommend. I recommend staying away from this dealership. More
