I was told by finance manager he can advertise a price and change the price when you come in to the dealership he said it's a common practice and I agree that it is commonly deceptive and unfair because my credit report file has more inquiries and I was told acquisition fees plus down payment I'm making this review solely because consumers needs to be aware of what deceptive practices looks and sounds like also they don't give full disclosure on what the truth in lending statement finance charge is and how it works so I know what my consumer credit transaction pays for More
This dealer was the worst in my life and I am 59 years old and bought dozens of cars. Was told by phone to ask for GM who wasnt available for me and given a code which I mentioned but not asked for.
