Service Issues overtime we go I had been told when I moved to Tampa, it always takes a long time to get service done here! I made an appointment( for 9:30am) this time since las I had been told when I moved to Tampa, it always takes a long time to get service done here! I made an appointment( for 9:30am) this time since last time it took forever(2 hrs.) for an Oil Change. I can take it else where and get a Oil Change in 45mins tops!! But, I bought the Service plan when we leased the car. So, thinking if I were to make an early appointment, i should be able to get in & out fairly quickly. So, I arrive a few mins early attempt to get the service done (oil change and rotation,which had been done at my dealership in Ga. in 45 mins. without appointment. ) and I ask the guy who how long am I looking at? The guy says about ! Hr and 45 mins.! Shocked I said "with an appointment?" he replies, "Yes, there are people aged of you." There wee only 3 ahead of me when I made the appointment! Seriously? What's the point in making a appointment I asked the guy and he just shrugged. I left since I had to at 11:30. Wow! If you are that busy.... get off the budget and hire more ppl. to take care of your customers. More

Well Ray Hobeika, definitely made it a wonderful experience and I now own a 2015 Sonota, that is absolutely beautiful.. Ray was so courteous, friendly and complete in all aspects of the purchase, even as far as showing my 3 year old how to open the door safely without catching her fingers. He meet every commitment he mentioned and went above and beyond to ensure the purchase was smooth and pleasant. Ray is a great person to work with and I definitely would recommend him to anyone that I know that is interested in purchasing a vehicle..... More

My 2014 Hyundai Tucson problem My 2014 Tucson, with less than 4000 miles on it would not operate this morning. I called for Hyundai road service, and they came, looked at the car an My 2014 Tucson, with less than 4000 miles on it would not operate this morning. I called for Hyundai road service, and they came, looked at the car and said they could not help me and I had to call my dealer. I called Brandon Hyundai, where I had purchased the car, and the service department said they could not help me, I had to call for road service. I called road service again, a different truck and service man came and told me he could not get my car out of the garage because it would not start so he could not get it out of park. I already knew it would not start, that's why I called in the first place. I called the dealer again, again I was told they could not help me and I had to call for road service for the 3rd time. This time the first truck came back, used my key to take it out of park and towed it to Brandon Hyundai. All of this took 3 1/2 hours to get done. The man I talked to in service was not at all helpful, or even pleasant. 3 hours after my car was towed I called the dealer and was told my car was not there yet. I called the towing service and they assured me the car had been delivered. Eventually the service department did call back and told me the car was there but they could not work on it until tomorrow. Is this what I can expect from Brandon Hyundai regarding future service needs? I must say, I was forewarned about the horrible service I would get, but after being a faithful Hyundai owner for 12 years and having nothing but 1st class service I discounted those negative remarks. As they say, live and learn. I must add that when the dealer called back to tell me they could not make the car fail in their shop that I do understand that problems may come and go. That said, it does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling about the car failing again. The dealer did send a car for me to retrieve my car and I did appreciate that. More

On December 5th I visited Crown Hyundai of St. Pete due to an issue with my airbag light on. Mr. Jarrett Ziemac told me that they had no issues fixing my car at no cost due to that it seemed that Brandon H to an issue with my airbag light on. Mr. Jarrett Ziemac told me that they had no issues fixing my car at no cost due to that it seemed that Brandon Hyundai had supposed fixed the issue prior of me buying the vehicle 16 month ago. He said that even though was more than 12 month ago that he would call Hyundai manufacturer to see if help from them was available. He called me 2 days later and informed me that the manufacturer had no issue fixing the issue and that the original part was updated. I asked Mr. Ziemac if there would be an issue taking my car to the original place of purchase and getting it fixed at Brandon Hyundai. Not a problem!!!! Yeah right!!! So I did. On Dec 11 I took my vehicle to Brandon Hyundai and explained the situation. After 4 hours of waiting, they come back and said, "Sorry but we can not help you" "part is out of warranty" I explained what I had spoken to Mr. Ziemac at Crown Hyundai and they told me, " we do not care what other people say" "it is how it is" I expressed my thoughts about the whole situation to the service manager and he also said " I can not help you". After all, this comes from the dealer who sold me the car. On Dec 13th, I decided to take my car to Crown Hyundai again and see if the could help. What you know, they actually fixed my car and without charge to me. I thought I might have to pay for some labor or part but, no, they explained to me that manufacturer knew this problem with that specific part and that there was no charge.By the way, I do have receipts from both facilities. It is totally incredible to me that, a total stranger company would go the extra mile to help you but, the ones that you thought they would, gives you the cold shoulder and experience such a bad service, after you make a purchase. So, I would have to say to all the people in the process of purchasing a Hyundai vehicle, "Do not go to Brandon Hyundai, Bad service" and if you want to be treated like a good customer, "Go to Crown Hyundai in St. Pete". I brought my 2006 Elantra in to the service department for warranty repairs. Once i got there I was informed vehicle was out of warranty. My advisor Brian went the extra mile and the service manager compl for warranty repairs. Once i got there I was informed vehicle was out of warranty. My advisor Brian went the extra mile and the service manager completed all the repairs under warranty. I was able to leave without having to spend any money out of my pocket. I will now be bringing my car to them for all services and will tell everyone I can what an outstanding job they did to help me. More

Excuses of why one of the lenses is half cloudy and the other isn't. No other consideration but a defect. Weather was used as an excuse for a vehicle that is garage kept ? No other vehicle will be purchased from Hyundai ever again let alone from this particular dealer. Ford thanks you for your business. Customer loyalty means nothing to this dealership. More
