She replied no. So I told her I will call right now. I called spoke to 2 different people first one was a man second was a woman neither one could find my name in the system or my phone number must say after 10 minutes of this going on I wasn't too happy I told the lady nevermind quit looking I will go ahead and come by there myself mind you I live 20 minutes away. I go up there and sure enough my vehicle is ready. I go to the service guy and he said oh I just called and left you a message on your phone your Outlander is ready. I was so hot and mad that I couldn't say a word except here is my credit card pay up what I owe make sure my car the rental from Hertz is not charged anymore Insurance fees. He ensures me that it wouldn't. Can't wait to see my credit card bill on how many days I paid insurance on a car. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!
