I was at the service center for an oil change to my Hundai and was told I needed air filter and a cabin filter. Both filters were just replaced a week earlier! I hear reps tell women their cars need work done that really isn’t necessary! That is my only complaint! More

Why make an appointment Customer service is never really an issue, it’s the wait and efficiency that needs improvement. I had an appointment at 12 and I was early and dropped Customer service is never really an issue, it’s the wait and efficiency that needs improvement. I had an appointment at 12 and I was early and dropped off at 11:20 for an oil chang only. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes and finally asked how much longer. The advisor went back and said “they are putting the oil in now. 10 more minutes.” Everything at their service center has always taken forever but they do a good job at least. More

Worst service ever! I went bg in telling them my service light was on and if I turn on my heated seat it smells like my car is going to catch on fire...they snickered at I went bg in telling them my service light was on and if I turn on my heated seat it smells like my car is going to catch on fire...they snickered at me and informed me the light probably meant I needed the oil changed...wrong...just had the jen oil changed...then nnbbb informed me the car wouldn't catch on fire it would just stop working...I bought the car with heated seats so they would work....so..they reset the service button without even plugging it in to see what was wrong and then told me the car was fine and it went catch on fire...so upset I traded it in on another auto that very same day... More
