Unimpressed It took a week for someone to look up my warranty information and get back to me. When I dropped my car off, I wasn't even asked for my name. And when I came to pick it up, I was handed my key and paperwork... no explanation of the part being ordered or that someone would call when it came in, no thank you for choosing Brandon, and he didn't even point to where my car was.
