Really impressed! I recently had my Hyundai Tuscon towed to Brandon Hyunda. After sitting for 2 hours on I 4 waiting on AAA tow, I was tired and upset. I was received I recently had my Hyundai Tuscon towed to Brandon Hyunda. After sitting for 2 hours on I 4 waiting on AAA tow, I was tired and upset. I was received at Brandon Hyundai by very attentive service people who even helped me with difficult tow truck driver! I was then assisted by Mike in the service department and he was exceptional! My car needed extensive service which lasted over 3 weeks. He coordinated everything with my warranty company and Enterprise rental. He fought to get me everything from my warranty and kept me aprised all the time. I am extremely satisfied with the service l received and highly reccomend them. Andrea Ellis More

I had a tow truck deliver the car to Brandon Hyundai and spoke with Mike B from service who took possession of the car and provided me with a loaner car while mine was being worked on. After a week they ended putting a new engine in the car along with other things.Everything was covered by warranty.The car runs excellent now.The service was first class.They absolutely stood behind their product.My family is very grateful. I didn't have an appt for an oil change but My service manager Mario, took me in with no problem even though I need a lot more service done to my car. I trust Mario to help me keep me informed and truthful about what is most important thing to get done first, then I can come back later to get the rest done. Veterans are NO longer welcomed!!! I called and scheduled a 9.99 Veteran's oil change. I confirmed it with the call center operator. Upon arriving to the service center they had no reco I called and scheduled a 9.99 Veteran's oil change. I confirmed it with the call center operator. Upon arriving to the service center they had no record of my appointment. I had to show my confirmation email. Then I was told they no longer provide the discounted oil change to Veterans and Womens' day as of 1 August when the new owners took over. Mario was pleasant and accepted an online coupon instead. The call center needs to be updated of the new nonVeteran friendly policies especially since it's been 2 months since it's been enacted. It's sad the new owners do no care about it's Veterans or women customers. More
