Won't be going back. After they asked me to come in for my 1,000mi check up & told me i would have my window replaced, i get there and there was no window. I even reminded the person that made my appointment. I go back a wk later & then the lender vehicle wasn't there. I called for DAYS and was told I'd get a lender car since i live 30min away and i have a 2yo, the service was going to take 3hrs. Get there and there when they open & there's no lender vehicles. The guy was super nice though and got everything done as quickly as possible and i was out at exactly 3hrs. But i never got my paperwork. I thought maybe they email it to you. A week later, 7 phone calls, & probably 2hrs worth of being on hold or transferred and i still haven't gotten a copy. They tell me every day i call that I'll get the email by the end of the day and they never do. As you know, if i don't keep up with this paperwork it will void my warranties. Highly satisfied with the guy who actually serviced my car (it wasn't corey), highly unsatisfied with everyone else. More

Decent waiting room to spend nearly 7 hours in. Good, friendly service. Long wait. I was in the waiting room from 8:40am to 3:30pm for 1 wheel+tire replacement due to severe pothole damage. Waiting room well stocked with complimentary snacks and coffee. I understand it takes time to retrieve the replacement wheel, mount tire, alignment, etc. My only dissatisfaction was being told it was being finished up with and soon to be test-driven at 2:00pm. I finally went down to the service office at 3:30pm to find out what's going on and they had "just now got all the paperwork ready." I trust it was not the case but you can understand how it looks like it was ready prior to me coming to the service desk. After a long wait in general an extra 1.5hrs is ample time to update me after being told it was almost done at 2:00pm. More
I did not like both car service & overall handling 1. I never received any call to inform my car is ready in spite of my request 2. After tire rotation my car is pulling right side. 3.
