The only area of improvement I could mention would be the condition in which the car was returned. There were black smudges on both door handles, the steering wheel and the glove box. The outside of the car was also unwashed, which does not bother me as much how much grease was inside. I would have appreciated the technicians cleaning up after themselves. More
