Bad service I went in for an oil change and a rear hatch that intermittently closes be it self after opening. After a 2 1/2 hour wait I was told that the car was I went in for an oil change and a rear hatch that intermittently closes be it self after opening. After a 2 1/2 hour wait I was told that the car was finished. The mechanic delivered the can and when I checked the tail gate it failed in front of the mechanic. He said that he did not check it because it was not on the job sheet. The person that checked me in said that he tested the tail gate and it did not fail therefore he did not include it on the job sheet. Cam the mechanic apologized and told me to come back after his vacation and he would fix the problem. I had an appointment and still it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change!!! REALY!!! More

When my husband took over the call he asked him “How would running over something in the road cause a hole in the sidewall of the tire?” he answered with “You just answered your own question”. In my opinion this is very poor customer service and I will never bring my car back for service. We took our car to Tire Kingdom where they explained what they thought happened to our tire in a polite way and charged us half of what Corey quoted us for a new tire. Cost is not the issue here as we would have gladly paid if treated with respect. When people have issues with their car they are already upset. They should not be treated this way. More
