The Honda dealership used to have all kinds of donuts. Like to commend Corey as he kept me informed as to what was going on with the repair. I did not feel as if I had been abandoned. Above and Beyond I came in because I had a warning on my dashboard that was sporadic. Corey my advisor had the mechanics check it out. Upon returning the mechanic said it was probably a glitch in the system. They couldn’t get it to repeat. So they told me they had seen this before and it just went away. I was ready to take my car when I remembered to ask about my spoiler fading and if it would be covered. Corey said he could ask and would let me know. He called me back and it was repainted. He offered a loaner because it took a little longer than anticipated. More

Visited 10/22/18 with low tire pressure light. Asked if service dept could also check blown speaker and consistent A.c.. problem over past 30k miles. Blows cold unless in stopped position. Spent 5 hours with no communication. Informed service writer i needed answers. Was told my a.c. was leaking and not under warranty. Explained warranty existed when first occurred. Speaker not mentioned. Received car after over 5 hours and noticed low tire pressure light still on. The serviceman lied to me and said it would go off by itself. Called service manager next day to complain. He didn't answer and still hasn't called. Setup followup appointment 4 days later. Asked to have a more competent service writer. Given name of person to see that doesn't work there and hasn't for weeks. Given same incompetent guy. Dropped off vehicle at 730 and by 130 received call. Driver was supposed to call by 2. By 330 no call. Finally arrived to find out low tire pressure light still on. No answer about a.c. Worst service ever received from Brandon Hyundai. Dr. D. Franks More
