Poor customer service Trying to call the actual service desk to make an appointment and to ask questions was nearly impossible. The only good thing about the service area was a worker named Corey who exceeded expectations but giving us extra information about my warranty. When I picked up my car after an oil change, some worker told me to go get my car and never told me where. When I asked him, he pointed to my car that was completely squished between two other vehicles. I went over and it was impossible to get my car out. I went back inside and told them the problem and some worker asked me how squished was it. Was it a peanut butter jelly sandwich squished or a turkey cheese squished. I just wanted some help. A third worker noticed the situation and had to push another car out of the way so mine could be moved. I hate this dealership and I hate that I have to do my service checks here. I will be calling my warranty dealer to have everything removed so I do not have to go back. There are too many cars at this place... It's chaotic and no where to park. More

More
