Oil Change and Professional Services I needed an oil change and wanted to have this done prior to me traveling Orlando Florida. At the last minute I stopped by and inquired. The service I needed an oil change and wanted to have this done prior to me traveling Orlando Florida. At the last minute I stopped by and inquired. The service department manager was instrumental in me getting the oil change done ..... in and out within 30 minutes..including a courtesy car wash. .He informed his team members of my needs and they made it happened. Complete Failure to Launch I brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to have a ABS brake sensor replaced I had an appointment at 9 a.m. they didn't start work until nearly 11:30 after star I brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to have a ABS brake sensor replaced I had an appointment at 9 a.m. they didn't start work until nearly 11:30 after starting my vehicle all the sensor warning lights came right back on I was told they used a part that was not a Honda genuine part and that they would replace next week if I would bring the car in.
